EPSRC and MRC Centres for Doctoral Training in Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine Joint Conference 2019
The conference is to be held on Friday 12 July at The University of Manchester.
This is one of the largest UK-based annual conferences in the area of Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine. The programme will include presentations, a poster session and internationally renowned keynote speakers.
The conference is broad ranging, encapsulating the full scope of cutting edge research in regenerative medicine. Research themes include:
- Stem Cell Biology
- Tissue Engineering
- Extracellular Matrix and Inflammation
- Translational Gene/Cell Therapy
- Professor Richard Oreffo – Director; Centre for Human Development, Stem cells and Regeneration, University of Southampton
- Professor Manuel Salmeron-Sanchez – Chair; Biomedical Engineering, Centre for the Cellular Microenvironment, University of Glasgow
The conference is open to all PhD students in Regenerative Medicine and Tissue Engineering. It is free to attend and includes lunch and refreshments. The conference will close with a social reception.

Students from the EPSRC and MRC Centres for Doctoral Training in Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
Anyone wanting to submit an abstract is asked to complete the abstract form and return it via email to email@example.com
